Our first snow day of the year!
It’s our first snow day! School opened, then closed again which meant a trudge to school through falling snow and then a very big workout for me to collect eldest-pushing a four wheel buggy through powdery snow uphill is VERY hard work!
Sadly other half is still at work, but assures me he’ll be home early. This is good news-I’d forgotten just how much hard work is involved in the snow, especially now that there’s two sets of clothes to get into and out of each time we venture outside. Definitely Daddy’s turn to go out and play later!
Yay! You got enough snow to sled in! We only had sledding snow once so far in Boston! Jealous!

We got a fake-out of snow here in the DC area. Kind of a disappointment, as I’m ready for a little snowfall – especially if it’s going to be this cold anyway. Looks like you took advantage of it!
We did! Although to be honest it’s getting hard work now as the white stuff keeps on falling and we’re not used to it here! Hope you get some heading your way soon.
